1962 Shasta 16SC trailer For Sale

When we found her she was a hot mess.  She was gutted and reconditioned…meaning we used the salvageable original wood and elements where we could.  It was not a frame off restoration…she hasn’t been Re-skinned.  All the water damage and rot removed…new birch panels and fresh shellac.  New window glass and screens where necessary, new paint.  Custom made new screen door, checkerboard tile floor.  Marker lights, fixtures, retro boomerang laminate counter and table top.  New cushions for gaucho/sofa…new covers…rehabbed dinette cushions with fresh batting and new covers.  New tires…new trailer light wiring and harness.  All systems overhauled,water..gas..electric, new lines and EVERYTHING works.  Roof resealed and zero leaks.  Water holding tank and hand pump or city water connection. Gas range. Sadly the original fridge was dead….new electric only fridge color matched to interior.  Tons of storage, and this floor plan has a potty closet in right rear corner or trailer…with new cassette porta-potty. Sink has been re-plumbed to grey water tank with dump valve underneath. She even has a pair of wings! We love her, call her Runaround Sue and want someone else who will love her too.  Clear Colorado title.
